Shuffle deck of cards and pull out a card
Hearts = blurpies, Diamonds = diamond push up, Spades = lunges and Clubs = regular push ups
Number on the card is the number of repetitions
Character cards = 10 reps
Joker = 5 reps of all four exercises

hey family and friends (but really just my friends, because my parents would never see this blog)

I'd like you to meet Wendy (the guitar).
I brought her home on the 10th of March 2010.

It was love at first sight but I had my doubts. Was this love too fast and immature? Was I getting ahead of myself? Was I just an Asian trying to get a good deal? $799 down to $499 was her tempting call, along with her red maple top body.

I had to make sure this love was real by letting her go and exploring other guitars before settling down. But once I was about to committ to a Yamaha, I knew that my heart lied with the Epiphone.



She seems to be getting along with Barry. It's no doubt there will be sibling rivalry and that they'll be fighting for my affection. But I'll love them just the same.

Frank is a silly name


I was sitting at the lunch table with all the workers from my prac. They all know me as Frances.

Worker 1: Picking baby names is so hard.
Worker 2: Oh yes I know. I had a tough time picking a name for my son Patrick. It was a toss up between Patrick and Francis, actually.
Worker 1: mmm I like the name Francis.
Me: *yeah, for a dude*
Worker 2: Yes me too. But the only thing I didn't like about it was Frank as a nickname.
Worker 1: Oh yes, I can't imagine a young person being called Frank.
Worker 2: mmm yes, that would be quite silly, wouldn't it? Frank. Frank. FRANK. hahahaha what a silly name.
Worker 1: hahahahaha
Me: hahahah ha ha ha. ahhh... *throws lunch and runs from table*

My Curtains

okayyy... so here's the story..
so my mum made me curtains ages ago.. but she took that fact that my favourite colour is blue to a whole new literal level.






here's a close up shot.




Yeah that's right... those are cartoon frogs... and yes those are letters spelling the word 'frog' all over it.


Now, there's a buffer time before you can replace something that your mother made for you. i waited for more than a year and i thought it was time. time for frances to man up and make her own pretty curtains.

















10 bucks to make. YAY-YEAH... Better Homes and Gardens, here i come.

AMYC 09 in Perth

First of all, gotta thank God for an awesome amyc this year and for the opportunity to talk to heaps of brothers and sisters in Christ around Australia.

Second, big thanks to K.Fang for letting us do an asian invasion into his house and letting us destroy the place like an unstoppable plague.

Kathleen: *starts blow-drying hair in the bedroom.
Viv: *groans* kathleen. kathleen. KATHLEEN. ..... LEEN LEEN LEEN LEEN!!




Max-Frank miscommunications.
Max: What's the time? *grabs Wendy's phone and tries to work it*
Frank: *points to clock behind Max*
Max: *forgets she was wanting to know the time* ... okay... great. Good for you.
Frank: ... WHAAAAAAAT?
